BUILD & BURN ACTIVE: Experience a great group workout at a level you can enjoy. ACTIVE means the class is slowed down slightly so that beginners and intermediate exercisers can get a results-driven workout.

SLAM! uses Athletic moves, Obstacle courses, Weighted sleds, Tyres (our unique tires) and Cargo nets to challenge you - calling ALL your muscles into ACTION! Not for the faint hearted – intermediate and advanced levels only.
TRX: Develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using your body weight. Our class uses the TRX suspension trainer as well as free weights. All levels.
