OUR PEOPLE

Here at Abnormal Fitness, our instructors are either certified personal trainers, strength coaches, pilates or yoga instructors, or have a strong background in advanced movement and dance, adding functional movement to each class. 

We limit our class sizes to small groups, less than half of what other studios allow, as we are committed to personalized attention and maintaining the safety and effectiveness of each member.
